Trails—San Onofre State Beach
Located in the San Onofre State Park Camping Area, just south of the San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant on the old 101 Pacific Highway.
Typically our event is held at Trail 6, the furthest most point from the park entrance (approx. 2.9 mi). If the Trail 6 Marker parking area is full, there are 2 adjoining marked trails and parking (‘K&D Trail’) just before the Trail 6 Marker. Make sure you pack everything you need for the beach, as the walk to the bluff and down to the beach is approx. .5 mi or 12 min.
The California State Park day use fee is $10. Or FREE with the California State Park Pass (‘Explorer’ Day Use Pass).
